Event Management:
- Event Alterations
- The organizers retain the right to cancel or modify the event, and such changes may occur without prior notice.
- Participant Conduct:
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, organizers, and team members throughout the tour.
- Transport Regulations:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within any of the transport vehicles used during the tour.
- Respect and Privacy:
- It is imperative to treat female participants with special respect, ensuring their privacy and comfort in all circumstances.
- Photography Guidelines:
- Participants must obtain explicit permission before capturing images of other participants, particularly focusing on securing consent from female participants. Unauthorized photography will result in the immediate and permanent confiscation of the device.
- Cultural Adherence:
- Adherence to local customs, traditions, and social norms is expected from all participants during the course of the tour.
- Environmental Responsibility:
- Participants are accountable for their own waste disposal. A conscious effort is required to maintain cleanliness and demonstrate responsible behaviour towards the environment.
- Upholding environmental consciousness is mandatory. All waste, including wrappers and bottles, must be retained and disposed of responsibly.
- Timing Flexibility:
- Unforeseen circumstances may necessitate alterations to the originally stated arrival and departure timings. Participants are advised that Jana.pk will not be held liable for any resulting delays.

- Personal Possessions:
- Neither Jana.pk nor its team members assume responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Participants are urged to maintain constant vigilance over their belongings throughout the duration of the tour.
- Unforeseeable Delays:
- pk cannot be held accountable for delays arising from Acts of God, political factors, or circumstances beyond their control.
- Accidents and Insurance:
- In the unfortunate event of an accident, Jana.pk will not be held responsible for any insurance claims.
- Individual Responsibility:
- All activities undertaken by participants are at their own risk, and Jana.pk bears no liability for any untoward incidents.
- Undesignated Matters:
- pk will not be held answerable for any matters not explicitly covered in these terms and conditions.
- Jeep/Transportation Charges:
- pk will not cover any jeep charges should road closures occur due to heavy snowfall or landslides.
