Airline Ticket Refund:

Cancellation by the Client: If you need to cancel your airline ticket, the refund amount will depend on the fare rules associated with your ticket. Airlines typically have different fare classes, each with its own cancellation policies and fees. We will assist you in determining the refund eligibility and any applicable charges imposed by the airline.

Cancellation by Jana World:

In the event of a cancellation initiated by Jana World or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as flight cancellations or schedule changes by the airline, we will work closely with the airline to obtain a full or partial refund for your ticket. Any applicable fees or penalties imposed by the airline will be communicated to you before processing the refund.

Hotel Refund:

Cancellation by the Client: If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, the refund amount will depend on the specific terms and conditions set by the hotel. Many hotels have cancellation policies based on the length of advance notice provided, typically ranging from 24 to 72 hours. We will assist you in understanding the hotel’s cancellation policy and any applicable fees associated with the cancellation.

Cancellation by Jana World: In the event that Jana World needs to cancel your hotel reservation due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, we will work with the hotel to obtain a full or partial refund for your booking. Any applicable fees or penalties imposed by the hotel will be communicated to you before processing the refund.

Fees and Charges:

Please note that fees and charges associated with refunds and changes may vary depending on the specific booking, travel provider, and their policies. These fees can include airline or hotel penalties, administrative charges imposed by Jana World, or any applicable service fees. The service fee for refunds is 2000 PKR per ticket. Additionally, for date changes, a service fee of 2500 PKR per ticket applies.

It is important to note that airline tickets and hotel bookings often have different refund and change policies, as they are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective service providers. We recommend reviewing the specific terms and conditions related to your booking before making any cancellations or changes.

For payments made online through credit/debit cards, refunds will be directly credited back to the card used for the original transaction. In the case of payments made through other modes, refunds will be processed through a cheque payment.
